Overview
Sbinala Ventures is a hybrid venture capital firm that invests its proprietary capital alongside retail and institutional investors in early-stage decentralized finance (DeFi) start-ups. Our fee structure is designed to align the interests of the firm, investors, and portfolio companies by balancing management sustainability with performance-driven incentives.

We don't charge any management fees on any asset supplied by our customers.
The only fee that we charge is 15 % on the realized net gains of our customers investments. The fee will be deducted at regular intervals or at the time when a strategy ends and customer funds are withdrawn from that protocol. Fees will be directly sent to the Sbinala Ventures capital wallet (0x0De4a471311Ce7a92b7A6aa003F3CEc9c1fE599C).

Institutional investors may negotiate bespoke fee terms for larger commitments, co-investment rights, or strategic partnerships.
